We are a family run firm that have been in business for over fifty years. We have three buildings that house a selection of offices that we let. And at the rear of our office, we have shipping containers to let at very reasonable rates for tenants requiring extra storage.

Our offices are located at 12, 14, 16 and 18 High Street, Pensnett, DY6 8XD, opposite T Wall Garages. With many amenities nearby and within walking distance of Costa Coffee, McDonalds, Greggs, Aldi, Premier Inn, Beefeater and the LCP Trading Estate our offices are placed in an ideal location for your business. All of our offices have their own allocated free parking space(s).
Available offices have been refurbished and we offer small offices from 160 square feet which are ideal for start up businesses. Some of the offices we have comprise of two offices, one of which could be used as a reception area. Email us for details of current availability, or more information on renting from us. We are happy to conduct viewings by prior appointment during office hours.
